We decided to try out some single barrel store picks of bourbon for this one. Starting with a Redemption High Rye bourbon from 'Smart Time' liquor in Riverside CA, a Makers Mark Private Select from Paradise liquor in Rancho Cucamonga CA, and Knob Creeks single barrel selects from Alameda Liquor in Burbank Ca and La Bodega in Riverside CA.
