Client Retention and Satisfaction with Marnie Stockman

I was at TechCon Unplugged last month (an incredible event BTW). I've seen Marnie on LinkedIn and always loved her content. She got on stage at that event and started presenting and I just couldn't help but think "Dang... she's so cool." She summed up effective Account Management and dropped absolute GOLD for about 45 minutes. I reached out to her right away to try and get her on the podcast.
