About DanaMost people want to be a difference maker but they are disconnected from their unique talents. Which is why we are experiencing "The Great Resignation" after the pandemic.  During my 25 years leading various teams in operations and marketing at Southwest Airlines, I learned about  a lot of resources for development, but none as effective as Gallup's CliftonStrengths.  I then became a Gallup Certified Strength Coach and went on to Coach many folks in my department and helped develop a roadmap for building a strengths based culture, at Southwest Airlines.  During 2020, I stepped out of corporate and  founded my own consulting business helping entrepreneurs and leaders build a strengths based culture by helping them transform their life and their company from the inside out.
