Clip Review with Siana Sylvester (Episode 9)

from The Mental Break-Down

Welcome Back! This episode I am joined by Siana Sylvester, who is a Mental Performance Coach in the Long Island area. Siana is the owner of Mental Flex, consults for HigherEchelon (a government and commercial contracting firm) and has made a consulting career in high performance, change management, process improvement, training, and organizational development. Siana trains strategies to elite athletes, military, and business leaders so they can leverage their mindsets and perform their best. In Siana's 10+ of experience in the sport psychology industry, she has helped athletes build their confidence, direct their focus to what's most important, and own their performance on and off the field. Siana and I review a clip from a post-game interview with an MLB player who had just earned a blown save in the game that evening. We talk about allowing yourself to experience emotions, how/when to effective review your performances, and why sometimes "staying positive" isn't the answer, just to name a few. Subscribe, like, comment! Contacting Siana! www.mymentalflex.com My Mental Flex (Instagram) Follow me on instagram (@velezmentalperformance), TikTok (@coachjoey88), and X (@coachjoey88)!
