CLOC Talk Goes to Harvard

Today on CLOC Talk, Jenn is joined by Harvard Law School faculty member, Professor David Wilkins.

Professor Wilkins identifies the current period as pivotal for the legal profession, accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, technological innovations such as AI, and significant demographic shifts, in a world he describes as VUCA, volatile, uncertain, complex, and amorphous.

The two thought leaders also talk about the future of legal ops, where he sees a shift towards creating new value metrics and leveraging technology to address complex, adaptive challenges in an ever-evolving, volatile world.
