As part of the deal, Boeing will take an almost 20% stake in Archer and enter into a technology-sharing arrangement to retain access to the Wisk core autonomous flight technology.- Apple (AAPL) was downgraded to an underperform rating at Jefferies due to concerns about the outlook for the company's iPhone. Analyst Edison Lee wrote that introducing new form factors in the iPhone to drive higher average selling prices is more difficult than expected, citing the cancellation of the 20th anniversary all-glass iPhone model.
