Closing With A Song “Do The Evolution” by Pearl Jam with Jonathan Graves

I had always planned to get to Pearl Jam as they are one of my favorite bands. But, I’d imagined it would be something like “Jeremy”, “Alive” or “Love Boat Captain”. Seeing as things came together with Jonathan Graves being a big animation guy and Pearl Jam having one of the most glorious fully animated music videos…”Do the Evolution” it is! And marvelously, this was probably the BEST choice. Between the video and the song (Which comes from their 5th album, Yield), there was A LOT to talk about. We really dive into this one and admire everything about it. How things have changed, how the video was sadly prophetic, how dark it gets. It’s a lot. The video comes from one of the people from Batman: The Animated Series and Todd McFarlane, so there’s even more going for it.
