Tomoharu Nakamura, 41, was arrested for on multiple charges including attempted robbery with a lighter.Nakamura flicked his lighter and told the store clerk, "Out with the money, or I'll light you up!". The store clerk took his chances and ran to the back to call the police. When the police arrived, Nakamura turned his lighter towards the police.
