CLR-E96: Making Espresso at Home

from Coffee Lovers Radio - Make and Drink Better Coffee · host Extracted Magazine

Espresso is one of those coffee brewing methods which looks awesome, and is delicious, but turns out to be a crazy amount of effort. Most of the time, we'll just go to a cafe to get our espresso, because the coffee will be freshest, and the trained baristas will prepare it the best. But on the other hand, there are ways to make pretty darn good espresso drinks at home - and that is one of the most satisfying feelings... I made an error in my price statement of the Barista Touch during the show - it's actually $1200, not $2100 - making it an incredibly good deal.
