Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools officials are reassuring families about students' educational rights amid concerns about potential immigration enforcement, emphasizing that all students will continue to receive educational services regardless of immigration status.In a statement released Monday by the CMS Board of Education, the district stressed its commitment to student safety and education, citing the landmark 1982 Supreme Court case Plyler v.
