CNY Heroes, Episode 29 - Mark Murdock & Courtney Marshall Discuss the VA

On this edition of CNY Heroes Dan’s guests are from the Veterans Administration. Mark Murdock has very recently retired from his role as Director of the Syracuse VA Medical Center after 39 years in the service of the federal government. His father was part of the first generation of World War Two veterans to receive care from the Syracuse VA. He discusses the many services offered by the VA Medical Center and how to access care. Also on the program, Courtney Marshall, representative for the VA’s “My Health-e-Vet” program, which allows veterans to schedule, track, and change appointments, talk with a provider and order medications.
