The Vedic teachings of the Brahmins tell us all we need to know about creation and our ability to create.  The Isha Upanishad states, “the Brahman forms everything that is living or non-living … the wise man knows that all beings are identical with his self, and his self is the self of all beings.” With combined theories of quantum mechanics and the Brahmin teachings, we realize that when we are aware of and "observe" the wave, it becomes a particle and creates matter.  So that means that with intelligence (intent) and wave (energy/love creation frequency) we create matter.
