Co-Creating with Diane Wyzga: Misremembering True Leadership

This conversation was co-created with Diane Wyzga, an inspiring true leader who walks her talk with awareness of gratefully dancing in the storm and wind. In this co-creation, Diane and i unintentionally share about true leadership. Diane opens the conversation with the awareness of easing herself into the day, highlighting how essential it is to center yourself into your Self at the beginning of the day. She also mentions in the conversation the anchoring of who you are through sharing stories with others. We speak about the power of pausing, of giving and receiving in harmony. You take in, and then you give out. We speak about uniqueness. Diane highlights that there are no duplicates in nature. We discuss how fear blocks people's ability to express their uniqueness and how daring to explore beyond one's comfort zone finally allows that to shine through. We acknowledge that uniqueness brings co-creation and not competition. As i watch this conversation, i remember how Diane's heart and voice have nurtured my being.
