Having a pasta business was always a dream for Carol and husband Giulio! They lived in Europe for a while, then came back to Boston working "regular" jobs while they still had the dream. They initially started their business selling Italian wine crackers called "taralli" which helped them get an idea of the market and food scene in Boston, intially starting with a small shop in Melrose, MA.
