With McGregor now merely the UFC lightweight champion, the ripple effects will spread through the featherweight division. That includes having Max Holloway fight Pretty Tony Pettis (really?) for an interim 145-pound champion while Jose Aldo is promoted to “completely undisputed God of all he surveys” or something like that.
