Co-Movement Gym Podcast S2E3 - Dr. Wes Hendricks; Founder of Rebuild Health + Performance

from Co-Movement Gym Podcast · host Josh Lewis, Andy Cieply, and Dr. Ricky McDonough

We want to welcome Dr. Wes Hendricks to the Co-Movement Gym podcast! Wes grew up as a surfer, skateboarder and all-around athlete. He was fascinated by and driven to pursue exercise science. After becoming frustrated with the lack of misinformation available for athletes who were in pain but wanted to continue training, Wes decided to forge a better option by becoming a doctor. Wes received his Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, OR in 2014. Soon after, he completed his clinical externship at Beth Is real al Hospital Spine Center. In 2014, Wes began clinical practice at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay and Brick CrossFit. In addition to developing his practice, Wes competed in the CrossFit Regionals as an individual athlete as well as being a top finisher in the CrossFit Open.Moving down south in 2017, Wes founded Rebuild Health + Performance, the bespoke chiropractic and manual therapy clinic located in downtown Charleston dedicated to discovering the source of pain and empowering patients with the knowledge and applications to get their body back.In 2018, Wes expanded his practice to include Rebuild Brand Co., providing online programming coupled with personal consultation to reach and serve fellow coaches/trainers, competitors and every day athletes across the country with personalized plans and programs to move out of pain. Wes and I have been friends since 2007 when we started following James Fitzgerald’s Big Dawgs training blog and we have competed in a handful of Crossfit competitions together. Wes was a remote programing client of Co-Movements for a year and a half and since then has repaid the favor assisting me with his own advice and professional expertise. Links:https://rebuildbrandco.com/Instagram: drweshendricksSponsors: NativePath:Follow the link below to see all of NativePath's Pure Grass-Fed, Organic, Clean Supplements and use the CoMo15 code at checkout for 15% off!https://www.nativepath.com/Lombardi Chiropractic:https://www.lombardichiropractic.com/Mention the Co-Movement Gym Podcast when scheduling your initial appointment for 50% off Initial Consultation and X-Rays! Suttmeier Law Firm:http://suttmeierlaw.com/Mention the Co-Movement Gym Podcast for a FREE Initial Consultation!Redmond:redmond.lifeOur team at Co-Movement Gym has used Redmond’s Real Sea Salt, Seasonings, Re-Lyte Electrolyte drink and other products for years!
