I see you go I really believe on guys on weeks and all this stuff Some kids work for a lot Don't take a lot of a lot of They say it's all stand all here to take five Five pounds of pressure You seen that just recently speaking of that because I After the victory in the blank I know how difficult it is bad to pull pandemic thing. Yeah, I get events along and stuff like that So how difficult was it to even get that fight?
You get COVID test every morning everyone I was used to a cathode the rental head went to the top right answer to your question. That's the manager I mean up the promoter to be honest We didn't know what both really calm and fights will push back and you're not they fight was pushed back one week one week So the date that Malik went right was technique and all of his bass don't try to find a venue to actually do that show And I'm you know once they got the venue and got to be the moving parts of the police night I got to come in I got to come in the people behind the scenes with doing it You know our Lord, no, no, they made it happen I'm letting they made it happen and you know, we didn't know who was gonna fight it to take truth He's like wait wait wait wait. No, we didn't know we were pressing back. We fight things and flow That's what we for men's it man.
We might fight both more If you had it they had it with that wrong We sold it up the last time We sold it up That's crazy I know really chose to To do it. Hey, it was a nice space, but did it not having the same amount of people know you would have had the death change the energy Without being in there. No, we was trying to take we already told him that Santa Cruz was gonna have a crowd Which I did you can hit crowds. Yeah, every time Santa Cruz did something you can hit crowds like into it and whatnot But we was already prepared for that but at the end of the day it came off success Everybody's happy he made history again.
No first one everybody wasn't happy Oh, he made history because Yeah, yeah, and still be able to put a live event with everybody there right and get to see a lot, you know We they gave us a second gave us 11,000 people to put in the event. We got nine Wow I Know Yeah, it's almost like you imagine you know We've all been very impressed with I don't know just forgot it since he was a kid Yeah, you actually know the back story of me being at Phillips full, you know People don't know the history of what's going on man lying and being together at our Phillips for a while Was a man today what my supervisor that worked at a sanitation and a lot of moves that was happening at the time And I came to the nice ship because I had an idea of actually making production move quick I said production man So I want a sanitation that asked you prepare everything so when the workers came in the next day He was ready to have school and he's meeting a coalition or not and then um got to a point that I just couldn't take it I had to roll and um like I said he watched tank every time I went on vacation I always want to vacation cuz the box and I went on vacation We're selling for myself always for boxing all the time so I always went to the nice with the kids And I used to sit there say there's no very kid stick with the boys He's gonna be a world-changer, you know, and he's seen the vision a couple times. He's a big officer coach I see what you're talking about. I was dreaming that I was walking down with the puffs around Wow, you know, so he got it, you know, he understood it in his dream country his dream country.
Yeah, yeah I mean his heart is dedicated to it, but you know, it's a lot of coaches out there that coach a lot of kids They don't get to be here, you know, y'all got it from the mud. Yeah, you said you know That's you know, I just want to talk to you guys real fast cuz I know how cool it is Just gonna flip when they see this for our show so on first of all is that anything you guys are trying to promote? He's been going on. We're gonna talk about things at Baltimore. We're talking about the new mayor We're gonna talk about anything that's a subject need we talk about we need y'all calling in I mean, we're gonna be giving prizes away. We know we want it's The sky's the limit with this, you know, cuz it's all about our kids at the same time We tried to send the message out there to ask to get people involved What we're doing and involved with kids is out there They really need help because a lot of kids out there they had trauma and we don't really know what they're going through at home Man came to go right here before because he ain't right right right came before because something crazy Like that's all the kids are saying at the same time, but some kid they eat They last me, you know, they eat for like what they didn't eat that So this podcast that we put in the government is to really see the real truth of Baltimore and what we are doing At the gym and people outside of the gym We do more than just do stuff in the gym.
