Coach Cory Leslie on what makes a good coach, his first experience in the sport and and more

from Running In Circles · host Zach Hamilton

Today I’m joined by Coach Cory Leslie! Cory is currently the head coach of UA mission Run Baltimore Distance and has seen the sport from many different perspectives, as he was a professional runner before moving to the coaching side of things. He had a very impressive career that included a 7th place finish in the steeplechase at the 2016 Olympic trials and he represented the US on several different occasions! In this episode we discuss what makes a good coach, Cory’s first experiences with the sport, how to become better at running by doing things other than just running and more.
