Coach Diane Dennis: The Empowerment Dynamic

from The Frontier Beyond Fear · host Susan Larison Danz

Are you ready to let go of the drama, stop playing the role of victim and step onto the path of creating what you truly seek in life? Life transition coach and T.E.D. trainer Diane Dennis will share how The Empowerment Dynamic (T.E.D.) mental model of behavior elevates communication, responses and decision making towards becoming a Creator in your life, replacing the traditional victim model of behavior (the Drama Triangle).  Victims react, avoid, and make plans to resolve issues using a mental model of behavior focused on the problem orientation. By learning and using The Empowerment Dynamic, we claim our power to choose and respond on outcomes based on passion, possibility and creativity instead of fear and pain. So, with interpersonal relationships, we look for possible solutions to issues that are infused with passion and empathy. In work settings, we create healthy boundaries, set goals by looking for solutions that are vision oriented instead of problem oriented, creating sustainable results. Diane Dennis is certified to teach T.E.D. to individuals, organizations and businesses.  She is also a PR consultant for individuals, authors, & organizations, teaching them how to create a wider audience, and brand their messages to attract attention from those who need services and products that will enhance their lives.   An accomplished author and speaker, Diane has produced and hosted multiple broadcast radio shows in Portland, Oregon and has appeared regularly as a guest on the local ABC show AM Northwest. Diane's web site:  http://inspiredmc.com
