They won 14 state XC Championships and podiumed at NXN 6 times (3 boys and 3 girls). His boys won the 2015 NXN Title. During his first XC season at Herriman in 2022, they took 3rd at NXN, and this year, Herriman won NXN, making Coach Soles the first coach to ever win NXN team titles at two separate schools.  In today's episode, Coach Soles talks about his history of success, principles of coaching, what working hard means, hunger, how to be successful as a high school distance runner, and so much more!
