Today we talk to my good friend Joseph Ison who I’ve known for a bit over 3 years! Great guy and Coach, so I knew I had to have him on the show to share him story! From having a horrible relationship with wellness, smoking and not being in good shape which he calls “Joe 1.0”, to now.
