Coach Lampkins week three

This is Coach Mcmackins answer to Coach Lampkins Balancing everything that comes with being a coach. I have always known my passion was playing this game and helping others to play the game.. but having to basically run a business and cater to the needs of the community, school, team, field, money, and logistics.. has sometimes been a struggle. I sometimes joke that I should run for president because my phone is constantly going off with things. It’s not a complaint at all, but something I have had to get used to and adapt to.
