This is the second raw (unedited) interview we conducted with Coach Newton. The interview took place in a hotel room in Irvine California, in this interview, Coach Newton shares his thoughts on the power of focus on the process, doing the work and let the outcomes speak for themselves. 

He doesnt focus on winning, winining is the result of regular, consitent hard work, with underlying values of loyalty and character. Additionally, Joe shares timeless words of wisdom regarding perserveerance, networks, relationships, perservereance and doing it now.
