Coach Speak - Coaching is a Genetic Trait

A coaches success or failure does not necessarily define their ability. Like players, coaches who self-evaluate and accept feedback improve over time. There are also a number of other factors that for ease I'll collectively refer to as "the situation" that can impact their ability to succeed. Success is not final. Failure, not fatal. Wins and loses are much more complicated than we make them out to be some time.
