Both of these accomplishments were historical firsts for the program. Tom also earned 2022 WAC Coach of the Year honors.  This is a very insightful episode as Tom and Jamy talk about how to inspire athletes, mistakes he's learned from, and what he looks for in an athlete and assistant coach.
