Coaches' Corner - Bert Harbour - boxing coach
from airdrielife Hosted by airdrielife magazine
Bert Harbour is in love with the “sweet science” of boxing. The boxing coach with a shaved head, smaller stature and little body fat loves his work with his Airdrie Boxing Club inside the Airdrie Martial Arts Centre. Listen in as we learn more about this man who stepped into the ring four years ago at the age of 41. This the airdrielife podcast where we take you beyond the pages of airdrielife magazine. Our goal is to share stories with locals in and around Airdrie about extraordinary people who call this city home. Myself and my journalist colleagues meet all kinds of fun, interesting people we get to write about. This podcast is an exclusive opportunity where you can learn more about your fantastic neighbours. I encourage you to chat with Bert about boxing when you get a chance. I’m glad we had the chance to share that interview. You can find the Airdrie Boxing Club on Facebook or by visiting airdriemartialartscentre.ca. Our intro music was produced by Willy Snypes. You can check him out at willysnypes.com.
