Coaches Corner Episode 4: Stop Chasing Pointless Medals, Build Better Players

Since we've been providing Basketball Training in our programs, we've been plagued by people valuing medals over player development.   We are getting pretty good at letting the parents who work with us know that we don't hide from the smoke.  Our teams play a level up whenever possible and we look for opportunities for our players to be tested.  Too many good players are being protected from challenges that will make them great players because they are playing down, hiding on teams with more talent, and chasing pointless medals.  We earn our hardware and our kids see more value in a hard-fought second place than an easily earned championship.   Check out Coach Moe's Hub to see what products and services are available:   https://www.coachmoeathletics.com/coach-moes-hub
