Kitty Skrobela considers it her life mission to build community through music.  She has been producing musical performances since 1976 and recordings since 1995. Among the performances are Stephen Sondheim's Company, revues including one devoted to the music of Harold Arlen, and several benefits. She backed the hit revue Our Sinatra, which ran over three years  Off-Broadway, enjoyed a nationwide tour under the auspices of Columbia Artists. When not working for Miranda artists, Kitty has a day job at Brown Harris Stevens Brooklyn, as Director of Technical Information/Agent Support. Before devoting herself to music, she honed her computer and business acumen at Chase Manhattan Bank, where she received the prestigious Excalibur Award for exemplifying the Chase values of Customer Focus, Teamwork, Quality, Professionalism, and Respect for Each Other. She was the first music librarian at Middlebury College, founding editor of the Music Cataloging Bulletin, chair of the Music Library Association's Cataloging Committee and representative to the American Library Association's Committee on Cataloging.
