Coaches' Corner with guest Zippora Karz

Special guest former ballerina Zippora Karz and the author of a book about her battle with juvenile diabetes: "The Sugarless Plum: A Ballerina’s Triumph Over Diabetes."  I knew Zippora back when she was 18 years old and just getting her pointe shoes wet with the legendary George Ballanchine and the New York City Ballet.  Today, Zippora is Repetiteur for the George Balanchine Trust; a ballet coach and teacher; a diabetes advocate; a public speaker; and an author.
