My name is Rafael. My students call me Sifu Rafael (Sifu means teacher/master in Chinese). I have coached gymnastics, swimming, diving, and martial arts/Kung-Fu. My Coaching Call podcast will dive into the lives of coaches, teachers and mentors. I will talk with all types of coaches including UFC veterans and top UFC trainers and coaches in the world of soccer, business, gymnastics, running, martial arts, basketball, and many others.
