Coaching Perspectives with Erin Bolk, Kerri Sutey and Bani Sodhi

Agile Coaching is becoming more and more important for teams to unlock innovation and over come challenges. In this episode Bani Sodhi and I teamed up and had the privilege of hosting 2 amazing Agile Coaches who each brought a different perspective, Erin Bolk (Expert Agile Coach) & Kerri Sutey (Agile Coach at Google).   Bani Sodhi - Co-host A spiritual explorer of the dynamics of the human mind. Bani was born in India and brought up across the country, she had an early exposure to diverse cultures, religions and mindsets. She moved to a new place every 2 years for the last 23 years and maintains  ‘Agile Adaptability’ as one of her biggest assets. A strong believer of astute investment in ‘Human Resources’, Bani is a global HR professional, by the day, passionately furthering talent and young professionals in a Fortune 500 company in Zurich, Switzerland. By night, you are most likely to catch her in the squash court or exercising her creative muscle by making music or painting canvases. Her agile journey started over 15 years ago when she was officially introduced to Agile and Scrum as a Web Developer. Through the years she has been in multiple roles, whether on a Scrum team, as a leader and as a coach. Through her agile years, she has been lucky to have worked with and trained with some of the leading agilists in our very large community. She has been able to bring her training and experiences back to her organizations as well as her personal life. She has a belief that we all have greatness and uncovering that greatness in herself and others is her passion. Through her journey as a coach, she has modified her own behaviours, changed how she parents her 2 daughters and continues to build the relationships that surround her. She currently resides in Centennial, Colorado with her husband and 2 daughters. Kerri finds the greatest joy in exploring - whether it is traveling the world, hiking to new heights, or coaching leaders and teams on their agile journey. My journey shifted from traditional project management to Scrum Master to Agile Coach to coach of coaches to Enterprise Coach. And I've been fortunate to lead agile teams in modeling & simulation, cyber security, and marketing before making my way to IT. I've coached in the US Government, Technology, Oil and Gas, and Airline industries - taking an integral approach that values mindset, culture, and business outcomes as critical to achieving agility versus checking a framework box. My passions are co-creating with others and celebrating the "aha” moments of collaboration, innovation, and learning.
