Amid the months of uncertainty that we have experienced in the Spring of 2020, we realized a few things. Coaching is more than what we do on the ice.  In fact, when coaching, in the traditional sense, was not an option - service became our priority.  Building community... connecting with skaters & coaches... and creating self-care habits to help us show up as we intended to.
