Coaching Yourself Through the Corona Chaos - Part 3

from Okay, Now What? - With Kate Gladdin · host Kate Fitzsimons

This episode is all about the first R of my resilience strategy which is to RECOGNISE your own thoughts by separating them out from the factual circumstances of our lives. Because the temptation is to: 1. Blame our circumstances for our stress and fear or however we feel - in this case the coronavirus and then whatever unwanted knock on effect it's had in your life (events being cancelled, income lost etc) 2. Believe our thoughts are factual observations we're making about the world e.g. ''I'm stressed because this virus has ruined my business. Has turned my life upside down. Caused chaos. It's taken all the joy or good things from my life.'' But this episode is all about showing you the true cause of why we feel the way we feel is never something outside of us and why it's the best news I have for you.  DOWNLOAD MY RESILIENCE TOOLKIT TO TAKE YOURSELF THROUGH THE 3 R'S: www.katefitzsimons.com/resilience
