Following up on the proposal from Utah Governor Spencer Cox to transform Mantua Reservoir into a new state park, Mantua officials and Brigham City Mayor DJ Bott attended a tour of Echo State Park to learn more about state parks, their operation, and the pros and cons of such a move.
