A Coast Guard aviator, 29, was fatally shot in a random drive-by while riding an electric scooter in Seattle — his family now offers a $30,000 reward to catch the shooter and prevent more tragedies. Connor Overstreet, a devoted husband and brother, was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Investigators are urgently seeking footage from the Skyway area between 12:30 AM and 1:15 AM on August 23rd. His family pleads with the suspect to turn themselves in — Connor would have helped anyone, even the shooter. They’re asking the public to come forward with any tip, no matter how small.
