Coast to Coast with Bigg Dave

The past couple months have been crazy for Bigg Dave. As you read in the title, Dave started his December in Southern California with Lauren Pettineo as she competed for Legends. Then after Christmas, he shot to Miami for WODapalooza where he had all four teenage MAD athletes compete in the biggest CrossFit competition outside of The CrossFit Games. Then after a near death experience with food poisoning, he came home to rest for a week. Then it was off to The Fittest Experience in Dallas. This competition had multiple MAD athletes competing for the top prize. After we chat about all that, we finally discuss the state of CrossFit as a whole. This episode is all over the place as usual.
