Erik has been a critical figure in Florida's Faith and Community-Based Initiative, bridging faith communities and state government. Prior to this role, Erik spent seven years as the President and Executive Director of the Tim Tebow Foundation, where he launched impactful programs like Night to Shine, a global movement celebrating individuals with special needs. Erik has also served as an executive producer for the movie Run The Race and has consulted with some of the top nonprofits in the philanthropy world. We’re excited to dive into his incredible journey and the powerful work he’s doing to make a difference in communities across the state of Florida and beyond.
