A new bakery is coming to downtown Menomonie in the coming months and we learn the story behind it. Lumberjacks Bake House and Cafe is the brainchild of John Goetz and Robb Jensen who are taking a concept that began as a popular Farmers Market operation and is now expanding to a brick and mortar. John is the baker while Robb's architecture background is guiding the design as they renovate the building they are moving into.In addition, we dive into John's other career as a published author. He has four published books and we get insight into what its like to have your written work "optioned" for a film.
