In addition to working as Men's Pastor for High Ridge Church, he works with Transformation Longview, which works directly with the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation to provide free training you work in business, government, education, healthcare, arts, or the faith community. Transformation Longview is the pilot program in the United States where Unite and John Maxwell Leadership Foundation has partnered to impact cities throughout our country. Longview Texas will be the example that other cities follow as they go through their own transformation process. Transformation Longview's goal is to transform our city by providing a curriculum on values such as Work Ethic, Generosity, Inspiration, and Responsibility and then assess how you can improve in those areas daily.
