The Coffee House Sessions are a chance for you to see some of the country’s most exciting and upcoming artists perform at universities across the country, including at the University of London Union (ULU). 30 different universities across the country have taken part in the scheme where artists perform 30-minute acoustic sets at different student spots up and down the country. All of the artists are approved by BBC Radio 1’s ‘Introducing’ presenter Ally McCrae and the project has previously helped with the success of Hudson Taylor, Stephanie Fraser and many more. Last week it was the turn of poet and multi-instrumentalist Tallulah Rendall, who's recently been nominated for the 2014 Arts and Culture Woman of the Future Shortlist. She performed songs from her forthcoming album The Banshee and The Moon. George McDonagh went along to the sessions and chatted to her about her career, and The Banshee and The Moon:
