Coffee Talk: Laura Chats with Chris, Montessori Dad in the Wild!

Laura has a very special guest joining her for this Coffee Talk, her husband, Chris! We asked Chris if he would be willing to come have a chat about his experience as a Montessori parent out here in the wild; because almost every time we open up a Q&A box on our Instagram people ask about how to help their partners get on board with parenting in this philosophy in terms of adopting the language, being patient and respectful with their little ones, and just really leaning into an approach to children that feels completely foreign to how so many of us were raised. We hope that this brief conversation helps other parents out there see that they are not alone in feeling challenged by this philosophy, and maybe even give some tools for how to navigate the tough days where we lose our tempers and fall back on language and behaviors that don't jive with our intentions.
