As far as successful online businesses go in Australia, Mums with Hustle is a stand out. This is a brand with super power, that continues to go (and grow) from strength to strength.So impressed with it's founders, Karl & Tracy Harris, I joined their 12 month mastermind this year. Just a few months in and I'm 150% certain it was a wise move.While Tracy is the face of the brand and started the journey with Karl in corporate, 2.5 years in, that changed. Karl walked away from a huge role (at Apple no less!) and a significant package, to join Tracy full time in the business.It was a massive risk.One that just 2.5 years later, has well and truly paid off.Firstly, because it aligns very much with the Harris families values.Then there's the fact that they've since had months where they brought in more money (in a single month) than Karls annual salary.Of course it didn't happen over night. On this episode we discuss the hockey stick effect. Once in the business he immediately applied his transferable skills. Then there was a long period of 'tinkering' and 'testing' (patience people) before the whole thing pretty much exploded.You are going to love getting to know Karl and learning from his wisdom.
