Cold Case: Noricia Talabert

17-year-old honors student Noricia Talabert was dropping friends off when she got caught in the crossfire of a gang dispute and was killed. Her dreams of going to college and becoming a traveling nurse were cut tragically short. Police believed many witnesses saw what happened, but only one came forward with information.
