Staying at a gym where men are sparring too hard because they are jealous is not worth the risk. You already got the girl, so do not worry about looking like a pushover; leave the toxic environment and train somewhere safer.Do not feel bad because other men failed to get the woman you are dating. If other guys bought her flowers, teddy bears, or tried to win her over and she chose you instead, that is not your problem. You won, and their jealousy does not mean you owe them anything.Joining a new gym together after one week of dating is not a lifelong commitment. Switching gyms with a woman you just started dating may feel like a big move, but it does not mean you are locked into her forever. If the relationship ends, you can change gyms again.Cold messaging women on social media usually has a very low success rate. Unless you are very attractive, semi-famous, or have a strong profile, random DMs are unlikely to get good results. Following, liking, and occasionally responding to stories is usually better than sending a cold message out of nowhere.Only send messages to women that you would not be embarrassed for others to see. Women can screenshot your messages, show friends, or post them publicly, so never send anything weird, sexual, or incriminating. A normal message is fine, even if she decides to call it creepy.Professional dating services are not the answer for a 23-year-old who needs real-world practice. Before paying someone to solve your dating life, go out and talk to women in person. Bars, streets, grocery stores, and everyday places give you chances that do not require dating apps or paid services.The best way to deal with male competition is to avoid competing directly. Bars, clubs, meetups, and social events can put you in a room full of men chasing the same women. Approaching women one-on-one in public gives you her undivided attention and removes most of the competition.Being 5'6" does not disqualify you from dating attractive women. Height matters, but it is not everything. If you are in shape, improve your personality, and approach women directly, you can still have success even around taller or more physically impressive men.Do not end things with a woman too quickly just because conversation is not perfect. If the physical chemistry is strong and the sex is good, do not throw her away after five dates because she is not an amazing conversationalist. Keep seeing her while dating other women, and use more activity-based dates that do not rely only on talking.If you have unprotected sex early, learn from it and use condoms next time. It is easy to get caught up in the moment, especially with limited experience, but condoms are still the responsible choice. Keep condoms nearby, use them going forward, and do not assume you can accurately judge a woman’s sexual history.
