Cold Wind Shouldn’t Burn Old Wounds

In this episode , I try my hardest to put language to the pain I never had space to speak. I talk about the kid who was born the black sheep, the kid who had to be perfect. The child who learned exhaustion before confidence. I talk about my green eyed guardian angel who taught me to stand in my truth, so much more. This is the root of all wounds, old expectations, and the cold wind that still finds. It’s a step toward healing.
