Cole Carrigg’s Grind Pays Off | Colorado Rockies News

Cole Carrigg just rewrote the Rockies’ season with a jaw-dropping two-homer game, including a crushing three-run blast after an epic, pitch-by-pitch battle that his manager called “the at-bat of the year.” His relentless grind — fouling off pitches, refusing to quit — snapped an eight-game losing streak and ended the Padres’ winning streak. For Carrigg, intensity isn’t a choice; it’s his identity. He’s always pushing himself, never backing down, even when the odds are stacked. As a rookie facing the mental and physical toll of MLB, he admits it’s tough — but he’s determined to stay in the lineup, leave no stone unturned, and keep grinding. His performance isn’t just stats — it’s proof that heart, hustle, and sheer will can turn a season around. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
