Cole Crosby - 197 Mile Run Across New Jersey

This episode is the recording from our Facebook Live Interview on  Thursday January 21, 2021. We sat down with ultra runner Cole Crosby to hear about his epic 197 mile run across New Jersey! Cole ran from the High Point Monument at 1:58AM Saturday 1/9/21 and arrived at the Cape May Lighthouse 44 hours, 42 minutes, 21 seconds later — a pace of 13 minutes and 36 seconds per mile! Cole's longest run prior to January 9th was 86 miles. He attributes much of his success to the power of the running community that came out to support him, pace him and crew him.
