Colege Football Week 7 Recap and Week 8 Preview

Week 7 saw a few upsets and surprises and Week 8 in college football has some games where the loser will probably fall out of CFP contention.  Another coach got fired last week and I am not a fan of the buyout clause for coaches who get let go.  James Franklin will get $49 million after being terminated by Penn St. To me you pay for success and sometimes when coaches do well and schools want to keep them after big season, they add to the buyout.  I would rather they be paid for success but not be paid huge sums for failure.  But I am not an athletic director and these guys make big bucks too.Enjoy,KF
