Colette talks about studying line art and how she realized her doodles looked like neurons. She researched the connection between doodling and the brain and how this puts us in a state of flow. Drawing in this way keeps us in the theta state. Colette explains how circles and lines make up shapes which were the earliest form of communication. She asks us to think about "how we want to feel" and how that's so important for manifestation. With brain plasticity, it's been proven that we can become a completely different identity and go beyond limiting beliefs.
