She holds a Master of Urban and Environmental Planning degree from ASU and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Virginia Tech. She has been involved with the Arizona Association of Environmental Professionals (AZAEP) since 2013. As the Park and Open Space Planner at Maricopa County she was responsible for park, trails, and open space planning for one of the largest counties in the country. As a Senior Program Coordinator she also taught environmental planning at ASU.
